This lovely custom made vintage dress & jacket are created of raw silk in that ever so gorgeous true red color that flatters everyone! It consistes of a very fitted short sleeve dress, with a fitted bodice that is darted and closes with a zipper under the arm.The skirt is a pencil style, with a tiny kick pleat at the back. Completely lined in silk.
The short jacket has 3/4 sleeves typical of suits & jackets in the late 1950s. The vintage jacket has no shoulder pads and is waist length with darts and 3 large self covered buttons. It is completely lined in silk. Though there is no label, the owner was master seamstress as you will see. Gorgeous, staple item for your vintage wardrobe!
